The information in the Gross Sales Tables above contains the Average Gross Sales information broken into 4 Quarters obtained from our corporate store's point of sale systems and is a historical financial performance representation for Chubby's Tacos that met the following criteria: (a) have been in operation for at least one year; (b) have had no change of ownership within such one-year period; (c) were not managed by a management company affiliated with the franchisor; (d) were in traditional locations; and (e) are not currently for sale. We have provided the financial information for the shops that met the Conditions for each calendar year (the twelve month period commencing on January 1 and ending on December 31) from 2021 to 2023.* Refer to our Franchise Disclosure Document
